Welcome to Wonderland Manta Penida. By booking any of our tours or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Full payment is required at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
3. Tour Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a full refund.
4. Participant Requirements
Participants must meet the age and health requirements specified for each tour. Certain tours are not suitable for pregnant women, people with back problems, or those with mobility impairments. Please review the tour details carefully before booking.
5. Safety and Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, participation in water activities and adventure tours involves inherent risks. Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by our guides. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from failure to follow instructions or from circumstances beyond our control.
6. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour. We recommend leaving valuables at your accommodation and bringing only essential items.
7. Photography and Media
Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured in our marketing materials, please inform our staff.
8. Wildlife Disclaimer
Manta ray sightings and other wildlife encounters are not guaranteed as these are wild animals in their natural habitat. Sightings depend on weather conditions, sea state, and seasonal factors.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, other participants, and the environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant who displays disruptive or dangerous behavior without refund.
