- • Pick-Up Option: The pickup time may vary depending on your hotel location.
- • Our Reservation Manager will reach you via WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup time at least 8:30 PM on the day before your tour.
Meeting point
Meet our team at Axe Stone Fast Cruise, Matahari Terbit Harbour - Sanur, about 10 meters from Circle K convenience store. Look for staff in uniform at the main entrance. Your ticket will be ready, so you can skip the line. Important Note: Please be aware that the fast boat service is operated by a third-party company, Axe Stone Fast Cruise. Any delays or issues related to Axe Stone are beyond our control. Additionally, Axe Stone uses a queueing system at the port, so we strongly recommend arriving as early as possible. Traffic between 7:15 and 8:00 AM on the way to Sanur Port is usually very heavy—the worst in Bali—so please plan accordingly. We kindly ask that you be at the Meeting Point by 7:30 AM at the latest.
